Outdoor Gatherings

Information is for a THREE hour event held OUTDOORS under our TENT.

TENT seats up to 45 guests with 2 Buffet Tables

 

1 to 80  Guests for Outdoors & Tent

1-30  guests………………..……$250 + $150 min drink purchase (+ taxes)

30-55 guests………………….....$400 + $200 min drink purchase (+ taxes)

56-80 guests ……………………$850 + $350 min drink purchase (+ taxes)

 

• Basic Site Rental period is up to a three & a half hour event of the outdoor picnic area, under the tent.  

• The venue remains open to the public.  1-2 bartenders are on staff during normal business hours.  Winery will not be closed to the public, unless agreed upon. 

• Beverages are available by the glass or bottle.  Outside alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted. 

• Children under 8 are free, above 8 years old is considered an adult.  

• Renters are referred to PBF Café for catering or food truck. 

• Additional vendors & decorations to be discussed/disclosed with/to winery for approval prior to event. 

• Events falling outside of normal business hours, add $100/ hour increments.  Privacy option available for gatherings of more than 40 guests (+ $300-$500).  A parking attendant is encouraged for guest counts above 30.

• Number of Guests are to be determined at time of signage of contract.  Guest count above agreed upon number is $25/extra guest.  September & up to October 22nd Events + $300    Winery Hours: Sat & Sun 12pm to 5pm, May-June.  July-October 21st Fridays 4-8:30pm (Fridays are limited at 30 guests max + $300 as includes live music & food vendor onsite)

Additional Outside Services & Vendors may require additional fees and require prior approval.  Unexpected outside services and/or vendors will not be permitted on site.
