Rental of Indoor Beverage Room for THREE hour private event:

Buffet Style Meal w Appetizers, Main Courses, Dessert, Wine & More!

• Private event held in Beverage Room for three hours.  Beverage room access 1 hour prior for decorations, Guest arrival 30 min prior to 2 hour buffet.  Last 30 min for goodbye’s.

• Beverage/Party Room hosts winery themed décor & streamed music.

• Bookings are available Monday through Thursdays, December 1-22 of 2025.

• Minimum of 50 guests to book  (Taxes & 18% Gratuity to be added).  Includes 2 bartenders on staff and buffet service during the event.

• Buffet service includes a choice of 2 appetizers, 3 main entrees and 2 sides, 1 dessert, coffee & tea.  Please see the attached sheet for choices. 

• Includes 1 bottle of estate wine per every 4 guests, choice of 3 sodas, water and a festive & fun nonalcoholic welcome drink upon arrival.

• Beer or Cider drink option for meal service at an additional $4/person. 

• Dinner Cocktail option for meal service at an additional $5/person. 

• Cash Bar available for purchase of drinks & cocktails throughout the rental event. 

• Guests under 21 years of age are at $35/person. 

• Outside Firepit available for last 30 minutes at additional $6/person for smores !!

 

• Number of Guests are to be determined at time of booking/signage of contract. 

• Extra guests outside of booking number is charged rate of $70/guest.  

• A third non-refundable deposit required for booking.
