Weddings, Family Gatherings, Business Events & More!

The following information is for a FIVE hour event & private rental of venue

 

The Property: Exclusive site access on day of event from 8AM until 10PM   Event Duration: 5 hours

  • Total grounds cover 50 acres with mountain meadow views

  • 75ft x 300 ft lower terrace picnic pad next to vineyard with manicured garden/rock wall & showcase stone staircase

  • 25x25 cement floor on lower terrace (ideal for catering setup, children’s area, band or DJ area, dance floor etc.)

  • 25x80 manicured grass upper terrace w/event sized bar (also ideal for cocktail or power hour, welcome station, etc.)

  • 2 Acre hayfield in view

  • 1.5 acre private vineyard in view

  • 1 acre private orchard in view

  • .34 acre pond in view

  • Ambient low level night lighting throughout lower & upper terrace areas

  • Privacy and seclusion over 90% of grounds

  • Stunning Sunset over the mountain views! (courtesy of mother nature)

 

On-Site Amenities & Package Inclusions

  • 2 Pole Tents w bistro lighting (white, approximately 40x20)

  • Seating –  Oval 8'/Round5” tables with chairs (gold resin)

  • Dance Floor 18x24

  • Rustic Stone Fire Pit 6ft in diameter w/live edge.  Wooden picnic tables & tree trunk benches + firewood (up to 2 hour use).  Bonfire Ambiance during last 1 to 2 hours of event (ignited and monitored by venue)

  • Wooden picnic tables (8) w/o  patio umbrellas (seating for 32)

  • Plastic picnic tables (4) w patio umbrellas (various colors) (seating for 24)

  • Outdoor 20ft Rustic Outdoor Bar w/ sink &  kegerator.  Bar staff included.

  • Streamed music on upper terrace with 2 wireless Bluetooth speakers

  • Car Parking on site for 75+ with 1-2 parking attendants

  • Catering equipment: commercial refrigerator and triple bay sinks.  Outside stainless-steel food presentation/prep counter w storage on wheels.  Trash containers lined w bags throughout the grounds.

  • Access to commercial garbage and recycling dumpsters

  • 2 restrooms with one stall each (up to 100 guests), fully stocked and maintained for cleanliness.

  • Outdoor games (cornhole, board games, can jam, chalk for children, etc)

  • Golf cart usage for guests needing mobility assistance (must be driven by venue staff, does not apply to all guests)

  • Accent wine barrel décor (2), location TBD by bride & groom/renters.

  • Additional accent seating & tables on upper terrace.  Up to 4 sets may be brought down to lower terrace if desired.

  • Wedding Arch – metal and white, available for your floral decorations.

  • Power and garden water access to vendors on-site (additional generator rental is required above a certain usage level)

  • One Tower light to illuminate reception area.  Guest count above 125 requires additional tower lighting at additional cost of $240.00.

  • Two hours of rehearsal access on-site (needs to be scheduled w winery)

  • 15 minutes to town with chain hotel lodging options

 

 

Basic Package: Winery Available 1st weekend of May to last weekend of October

Wedding guests count above 100-125 please add additional Tower Light ($240) & Trailered Powered Commodes ($1,800)

On Site Catering

 

Site Down Meal $75/person (+ tax & 5% CC)

  • Cocktail/Power Hour:  cheese, fruit and vegetable platters

  • Passed Hor d’Oeuvres (choice of 4): Bruchetta, Canapes, Meatballs, Mozzarella Sticks, Egg Rolls, Etc.

  • Fresh Garden or House Salad w choice Dressings

  • Main Course: Brazilian Steak, Grilled or Breaded Chicken Breast, Baked Salmon, Pasta and Potato Pierogi Lasagna, Pasta alla Formiana, Colorful Vegetable Coleslaw, Warm Vegetable Salad, Whipped Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Country Potatoes

  • Dessert: Sweet Table, Coffe & Tea

 

Buffet Meal $52/person (+ tax & 5% CC)

  • Cocktail/Power Hour:  cheese, fruit and vegetable platters

  • Passed Hor d’Oeuvres (choice of 4): Bruchetta, Canapes, Meatballs, Mozzarella Sticks, Egg Rolls, Etc.

  • Chafing Dishes:  Penne a la Vodka, Fettuccini Alfredo, Mac & Cheese, Raviloi, Eggplant Rollatin or Parmigiana, Chicken Marsala, Chicken Grancese, Chicken Parmiagana, Grilled Chicken, Pork Loin, Steak w Vegetables, Fish od the Day, Choice of Vegetables, Roasted or Mashed Potatoes

  • Dessert: Choice of Cakes, Coffee & Tea

 

Additional Stations (+ tax & 5% CC)

  • Slider Bar $12/person

  • Salad Bar $14/person

  • Taco Bar $15/person

 

Corporate Meetings   $25-$35/person (+ tax & 5% CC)

  • Finger Foods:  Wraps, Canapes, Sliders, Empanadas, Salad

 

Brunch  $25/person (+ tax & 5% CC)

  • Choice: Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, Home Fries, Pancakes, Chicken, Pasta, Pierogi, Kielbasa, Salad, Bread

Winery Options:

  • Secondary, smaller bar on lower terrace by event tent to include wine, beer & soft drinks (no cocktails).

  • Extended use of firepit $150/hour

 

Requirements for Events

  • Amplified music must end at 9PM

  • Power on-site is available but may require additional generator rental for certain vendors.

  • Credit Card on file for bar tab and/or unanticipated services (cleanings, drivers, minor property damage)

  • Additional rentals or other items not provided by the venue need to be removed within 24 hours after the event (flexibility may be available by written request).

 

What is Not Included in the Site Rental:

  • Banquet Linens

  • Bar Tab

  • Photographer/Videographer/Extra Lighting

  • Decorations/Flowers/Etc.

  • Music or Entertainment

  • Guests on premises past 9:30pm charged at $75/15 minutes.

  • Transportation to & from event, including Taxi/Uber drivers for possibly intoxicated guests

  • Any extra amenities or services not disclosed in package details.

Bar Options: 

 

The winery offers wine by Christopher Jacobs Winery, NYS beer and/or cider, and a variety of cocktails w NYS spirits for Cocktails:

 

  • Pay as You Drink Bar (aka Cash Bar)– tab will be run OR guests pay as they order for all wine, cocktails, beer, cider and soft drinks served.  Wine is $21-$25/bottle ($8/6 oz glass). Beer & Cider 16oz cups are $10/cup.  Cocktails will range in price from $11-$16.  Soft drinks are $2.00/can served w cup of ice.  Beverage Menu for event TBD by renter.  Credit Card on file for running tab will be charged every hour (+tax, +CC 5% or check deposit + 15% gratuity)

  • Open Bar & Cash Bar (Hybrid) – times TBD by renter

  • All Inclusive Open Bar: Prepaid & open for 4 hours.  Water & Juice Stations available on the 30 min prior and 30 min ending of event:

  1. wine, beer, cider, cocktails, soft drinks:  $39/person + tax + 5% CC + 15% gratuity

  2. wine, beer, cider, soft drinks:  $29/person + tax + 5%  CC + 15% gratuity
